Migrasegura is a website where foreign citizens can access safe and reliable information about the host countries Brazil, Ecuador and Peru.

“On this platform our migrant brothers from Venezuela will be able to find information about their basic rights, humanitarian services and about the country they migrate to, such as safe routes and transportation, legal border crossings and documentation required, humanitarian services at the border, risks on trails or irregular passages, temperature and currency. Likewise, they will have access to news of the programs and projects that Cáritas has been developing in favor of migrants in the 3 countries," explained Yeri Cornejo Salas, coordinator of the "Migrasegura" project in Peru.

It should be noted that Peru is the second country with the largest number of Venezuelan migrant population, it is estimated that by the end of 2023 there will be around of 1.6 million Venezuelan migrants and refugees.
