Among the main responsibilities are: designing a regional training plan in line with the Cáritas Strategic Framework 2023-2027, mapping and consolidating information on proposals and training processes of the National Cáritas, providing support to regional teams in their training needs, developing specific SELACC training for social pastoral agents, establishing links with entities such as CEBITEPAL of CELAM, Oducal, Ausjal and other regional universities to enrich the processes. training, and represent the region in projects and meetings related to the topic. Required experience and job skills

We are looking for a candidate with training in Educational Sciences, Communication, Teaching, Sociology, Theology, Sacred Sciences, Anthropology or other social sciences, who has at least 3 years of experience in the areas mentioned in the Terms of Reference, including distance training and pastoral experience in ecclesial contexts at the level diocesan, national or regional. Knowledge in project design, formulation, monitoring and evaluation is valued, as well as mastery of distance learning platforms, mainly Moodle, and skills in Microsoft Office. In addition, attitudinal competencies such as social sensitivity, teamwork capacity, assertive communication, autonomy in monitoring processes, ethical integrity and professional transparency are required.
